What your club can do (ppt)

All of the clubs in the district will begin the discussion about DEI
Build a common understanding of DEI (What is DEI? Why does DEI matter? Common language - unconscious bias, microaggressions, psychological safety) and make members aware of Rotary International DEI Resources (e.g., DEI courses offered through My Rotary)
Be able to speak with confidence regarding the diversity of our clubs and the communities they serve.
Create a DEI page with resources for clubs ( e.g., list of speakers, list of local experts, recommended books and articles) on the district's website.
